However, the deflector is activated under specific conditions. When the unit speed increases by 10% (a threshold that can be customized), the deflector quickly engages or disengages the jet. Once the speed drops below the set value, the deflector returns to its initial position. For multi-nozzle impact turbines, the injection and withdrawal of nozzles are automatically controlled by the electrical control section based on load and nozzle position.
Depending on the number of nozzles, one or multiple sets of digital valve servo systems are used to manage one or more spray needle relays. Each set can operate in either automatic or manual mode simultaneously, allowing for flexible combinations of operational modes. The transition between automatic and manual operation is smooth and seamless.
The governor is equipped with both hardware and software interfaces that allow communication with the computer monitoring system.
