The impact digital valve governor is specifically designed for impact turbine generators, representing a new generation of advanced control systems. This governor integrates a digital valve mechanical-hydraulic servo system with an electrical control unit, forming a highly responsive and precise control mechanism. Unlike traditional governors that rely on linkage mechanisms, the current model employs a direct-coupled adjustment method, allowing the governor to directly control the injection needle relay to regulate unit frequency and load. In this system, the deflector does not participate in normal adjustments.
However, when the unit speed increases by 10% (a threshold that can be customized), the deflector quickly engages to cut off the water jet. Once the speed drops below the set value, the deflector automatically returns to its initial position. For multi-nozzle impact turbines, the injection and withdrawal of nozzles are automatically controlled by the electrical control section based on load and nozzle position. Depending on the number of nozzles, one or multiple sets of digital valve servo systems can be used to manage one or several spray needle relays. These relays can all operate in either automatic or manual mode simultaneously, supporting any combination of operational modes.
The system allows for smooth switching between automatic and manual operations. It is also equipped with hardware and software interfaces that enable communication with the computer monitoring system, ensuring seamless integration into modern power station control environments. The governor uses high-performance, imported original electrical components, meeting strict quality standards. It requires minimal oil usage and ensures reliable operation, helping power stations achieve unattended or low-maintenance operation.
Key Features:
1. Independent hydraulic control circuits for nozzle and deflector.
2. Elimination of lever mechanisms for improved speed regulation accuracy.
3. Built-in fail-safe lock function for enhanced safety.
4. Compatibility with multi-nozzle control systems.
5. Available working pressures: 2.5 MPa, 4.0 MPa, or 6.3 MPa.
This advanced governor provides superior performance, reliability, and flexibility, making it ideal for modern hydroelectric power plants seeking efficient and automated control solutions.
