The large-power III diesel engine exhibited by Xichai has two major types, L and N. The 6DL series covers 191 to 279kW, and the 6DN series covers 272 to 338kW. The Xichai High Power III diesel engine adopts the international advanced development process, independently completes the design of the internal combustion purification system under the condition of no exhaust gas recirculation, autonomously performs the function definition, overall design and performance matching of the common rail system, and is the first in the country to complete The development of the performance of the State III engine has pioneered the method and process for the calibration of engine rigs, the calibration of the vehicle's three highs (high heat, cold and high altitude), the establishment of a calibration database suitable for China's national conditions, and the formation of a complete electronically controlled diesel engine development system. An EOL system with Xichai characteristics was created and the industrialization of the State III diesel engine was successfully achieved. With ten domestic patents, it fills the gap of the domestic four-valve electric control common-rail country III diesel engine.
