Li Changchun, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Central Committee, recently visited the Fast Hightech factory, marking an important moment for the company. Li Dakai, Chairman of the Fast Group, and Cui Weike, Party Secretary of the company, warmly welcomed Li Changchun and his team on behalf of all employees. The visit was also accompanied by high-ranking officials including Zhao Leji, Secretary of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee, Zhao Zhengyong, Deputy Executive Governor, Sun Qingyun, Party Secretary of Xi’an, and Chen Baogen, Mayor of the city.
During the tour, Li Changchun was led by Chairman Li Dakai through various facilities, including the booth for transmission products and the joint production workshop of Fast Industries’ high-tech plant. Li Dakai provided a detailed briefing on the company’s manufacturing processes, technological advancements, product performance, application scope, market share, and achievements in innovation and new product development. In the production area, Li Changchun observed advanced lines for shell processing, transmission assembly, and heat treatment, all equipped with imported high-precision machinery. He stopped frequently to ask detailed questions, showing deep interest in the company's operations.

Throughout the inspection, Chairman Li Dakai presented a comprehensive report on Fast’s reform, development, and management strategies, as well as the effective measures taken to address the global financial crisis. He emphasized that through technological innovation and independent research, Fast has experienced rapid growth and now leads the national gear industry for seven consecutive years. The company has also ranked first globally in heavy-duty transmission production and sales for three years in a row, becoming the world's largest manufacturer and supplier of automotive transmissions.
After listening to the report, Li Changchun expressed great satisfaction with Fast’s achievements. He praised the company’s strong innovation capabilities, advanced manufacturing standards, excellent operational performance, and robust development momentum. He highlighted the importance of learning from Fast’s successful experiences in innovation and market expansion.
Li Changchun also commended Fast’s modern management system, clean and efficient working environment, and the enthusiasm of its workforce. He encouraged the company to continue embracing reform, following the guidance of the central government, and implementing the scientific concept of development. He urged Fast to focus on expanding domestic demand, promoting structural adjustments, and enhancing competitiveness to contribute more to the revitalization of China’s national industries.
