Suction truck vehicle technology overview

Hubei Cheng Li's suction truck tanks generally use oval-shaped tanks and assembly line tanks. The technology is divided into: cutting, automatic welding of panels, head spinning and forming, and one-time roll forming of the tank. Suction truck body materials are produced using Q235B high-quality carbon steel plates, with thicknesses of 6, 5, and 4 mm, respectively, and the tank head material is thicker than the can body material.
     Suction vehicle tank process measures:
1. First correct the stamping and forming of independent unit parts, and then proceed from one end to the assembly in order;
2.. Tooling sequence: upper wing plate → web → rear tank block → front tank block → middle partition → lower wing plate. The spot weld joint size is 50/200mm, and the spot weld tail should be filled with craters to prevent cracking.
3. After the solidification, the upper wing plate and the web are first welded to the fillet weld, and then the welded seams of the front and rear cans are welded, and then the butt joints of the wing plates are welded.
4. In order to control the deformation, take the middle point reverse welding method, namely: the same operation of two people, the control line energy is the same;
5. The welding operation should be uniformly standardized, especially the welding sequence and welding speed, which can effectively control the problem of excessive local deformation;
6. After the solid welding is completed, the whole tire will be released. Before releasing the tire, all fixtures should be loosened and the tank mouth should be fixed.
     Suction truck body size requirements:
Longitudinal bending ± 3mm; 2, axial difference ± 5mm; 3, partial depression ± 5mm; 4, unevenness ± 2mm; 5, weld height difference +1mm after processing; 6, cross-section weld seam not less than 200mm;
    Suction truck body weld seam quality requirements:
1, the appearance of beautiful appearance, smooth transition;
2, according to the weld 6 * 6; 3, butt weld 6 * 2 (0-1 mm after processing);
3. It is not allowed to have slag inclusions, undercuts, pores, cracks and obvious defects;
4. The compactness should be good, no leakage is allowed;
5, weld strength is not lower than the parent material.

Based on the structural characteristics of the tank body of the suction truck , all unit elements are cold stamped and formed, and according to the rigidity of the fixed tire, a reasonable tooling sequence and welding sequence are adopted, and attention is paid to the solidification seam size. A series of complete production processes, such as a seam size of 50/200mm, is preferred. Finally, a small deformation of the tank body, a good weld tightness, a high strength, an overall error of only 1-3mm diagonal, and a pressure testing test Qualified rate of more than 95%, beautiful appearance and other aspects in full compliance with design requirements, its stable performance and durability.
