Diaphragms seal the valve body and seat, ensuring no contact with the environment. Therefore, this valve is suitable for aseptic processes. When the valve is closed, the pressure seal that holds the diaphragm moves towards the sealing face of the valve body. As the pressure plate moves, the diaphragm bends and is forced toward the center seat area, thereby shutting off the flow path in the valve body. The interaction between the valve body and pressure plate prevents the diaphragm from being pressed. The valve can be operated manually or by air, and it can also be controlled using a control top and solenoid valve.
It is widely applied to many fields, such as beer, beverage, dairy food, fruit juice, pharmacy, biological etc.
