3. Working Principle of Copper Gold Mining Line Tank Flotation Machine with CE

The flotation machine consists of flotation cells, impellers, belt pulleys, inlet pipes, strobe lights, cover plates, standpipes, and draw bars. When operating, the motor drives the impeller to rotate, creating centrifugal force and negative pressure. This draws in air and mixes it with the mineral slurry. Simultaneously, the slurry is mixed with reagents, causing the minerals to attach to bubbles and float to the surface, forming a froth layer. The height of the adjustment flashboard can be adjusted to control the liquid level, allowing useful froths to be scraped off using a squeegee.
