James Verrier, 49, has been with BorgWarner for 22 years. His most recent position was president and general manager of BorgWarner Company Morse TEC. James previously joined the company's management committee.
After 58-year-old Robin Adams became the vice chairman of the BorgWarner Group's board of directors, he will work closely with CFO Hundzinski and will contribute to the strategic development and business growth of the entire group.
