DESCRIPTIONS
The DDCY-Q series vacuum pressure solenoid valve is designed to be installed on a dedicated mechanical vacuum pump. DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE VALVE
The DDCY-Q series vacuum pressure solenoid valve is installed on a dedicated mechanical vacuum pump. Positioned at the pump inlet, it synchronizes the pump's operation. In case of pump shutdown or power failure, the valve automatically closes using atmospheric pressure and a vacuum plate, ensuring the vacuum system remains intact and preventing backflow of contaminants into the pump chamber. Applicable media: Air and non-corrosive gases.
Note: The upper flange has a sealing groove, while the lower one does not.

IVF VACUUM PUMP INLET OIL MIST FILTER
The filter material consists of stainless steel woven mesh and punched mesh, suitable for dewatering in heavy oil combustion systems. It can also be used for chemical liquid filtration with a precision of 100 µm. The filter element uses stainless steel microporous mesh, ideal for pretreatment and post-treatment in electronic, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries. It helps purify water with low suspended impurities (less than 2–5 mg/L).
OMF VACUUM PUMP OUTLET OIL MIST FILTER
Our company developed the OMF series outlet oil mist filter for rotary piston and vane vacuum pumps. These filters effectively remove oil mist from the pump exhaust, significantly reducing environmental pollution and oil consumption. The OMF filters feature bypass valves and pressure indicators. If the pressure becomes too high, the bypass valve opens automatically to reduce pressure. Compared to general oil mist filters, the OMF series offers greater safety and reliability. The outer layer of the filter core includes a removable cloth for cleaning or replacement, extending the life of the filter core.
