It supports various applications including one-step thick plate production, profile extrusion, decorative material manufacturing, granulation, and different types of die heads. The system is ideal for processing PE, PP, and PVC, and can handle up to 50-75% wood fiber content. It is highly flexible, capable of processing multiple materials like PP, PE, ABS, and PS simultaneously.
This extrusion line produces high-quality WPC profiles that mimic the appearance of natural wood while overcoming its limitations. It offers excellent workability similar to wood, allowing it to be sawed, nailed, and finished with standard woodworking tools. The product has strong structural strength, high impact resistance, and superior durability compared to traditional wood.
