The final recommended process flow is a floating-magnetic joint process. Finally, the recommended process uses polyether alcohol as a foaming agent to remove minerals such as mica and talc, which have a great influence on flotation, and then use vulcanizing agent sodium sulfide, activator YSA, collector medicinal agent and foaming agent. Ether alcohol, three-stage coarse flotation of copper oxide and cobalt minerals, the obtained copper-cobalt-cobalt concentrate is once selected to obtain copper oxide cobalt concentrate, selected medium ore as copper oxide cobalt concentrate 2; three-stage copper oxide cobalt The coarsely selected tailings and the removed mica and talc are combined for high gradient strong magnetic separation to obtain magnetic separation concentrate and magnetic separation tailings.

The fineness of the ore sample reaches 69%-0.074mm in a grinding process. The process is to remove mica and talc in advance by polyether alcohol, and then use the flotation flotation method. The flotation agent is sodium sulfide, YSA, amyl yellow drug. Floatation of easy-floating oxidized ore, obtaining high-grade copper oxide and cobalt concentrate, mica talc and flotation tailings combined for high-gradient magnetic separation, obtaining low-grade copper oxide and cobalt concentrate, achieving maximum recovery of copper-cobalt minerals the goal of.

The test beneficiation index is excellent, the total copper recovery rate is 91.18%, the total cobalt recovery rate is 90.45%, the concentrate yield is 8.69%, the total copper concentrate grade is 23.89%, and the cobalt concentrate grade is 12.93%.
