* Once the sample is approved, place an order and pay 30% deposit.
* We start production once payment is received.
* After completion, we take photos of the finished product for your check.
* Finally, we arrange delivery through a courier company.
2. How Long Until I Get a Quotation?
We usually provide a quotation within 8 hours (depending on time zone).
3. Can I Get a Sample for Testing?
Yes, we can provide free samples if available or charge for custom samples.
4. How Long Does Production Take?
Normally, it takes 10 working days depending on the quantity and delivery schedule.
5. What Are Your Payment Terms?
For small orders, we accept Western Union or PayPal. For large amounts, T/T is preferred.
6. How About Shipping?
Samples are sent by air if not too heavy; otherwise, by sea or air.
