The KYBC Made-in China Diesel and Electric Circulation End Suction Pump is a modern fire-fighting equipment developed in compliance with national standards GB6245 2006 and NEPA20. It is designed to meet the requirements of centrifugal fire-fighting pumps and is suitable for various applications.

It is classified into three sub-categories: XBC-IS, XBC-S, and XBC-D, based on its configuration. The equipment is widely used in different scenarios.

The diesel engines used are either domestic or imported, known for their stable starting, compact structure, ease of maintenance, and high automation. These features make them reliable and advanced fire-protection equipment.

 

*** Product Structure and Functions

1) Diesel engines such as X61 35, 12V1 35, 4102 4105, 61 02, 4100 495 power the pumps. The fire-fighting pump unit includes the fire pump, these diesel engines (also working with clutches), and components like the diesel tank, radiator, blower, and control screen.

2) The auto-control cabinet (programmable) manages automatic starting, performance monitoring, auto-switching between motor and diesel engine units, and auto-protection functions like over-speed warning, low oil pressure, high water temperature, and low voltage alerts. It can also connect to user fire-fighting centers or automatic alarm systems for remote monitoring.

3) A pre-heater is available for operation below 5°C to ensure normal functioning.

4) The KYBC pump can be integrated into an automatic fire-fighting water supply system with an electric pump and pressure maintenance unit, as detailed in the "Diesel Engine Control System." It can be controlled jointly with a fire-fighting center.

Notes: 

There are two water inlet methods: self-pouring and suction-up. Self-pouring is preferred due to fire protection standards. If suction-up is requested, an automatic vacuum water leading device must be provided, which may require changes in the pump unit dimensions.
