AFTER-SALE SERVICE COMMITMENT
1. **Technical Documents**
All labels, layout drawings, electrical diagrams, and user manuals will be provided in English. MAIPT will send all necessary files to the buyer starting from the third week of project execution. Hard copies of all documents will also be shipped with the machines.
2. **Arrangement for Installation & Testing Work**
a. After the machines are delivered to the customer's factory, the buyer is responsible for all preparation work, such as electricity supply, water supply, labor, and cranes.
b. MAIPT will assist in the visa application for their engineers, who will guide the installation and testing at the buyer’s factory.
c. If the visa is approved, the buyer will purchase round-trip air tickets for the engineers. The buyer is also responsible for expenses such as visa formalities, meals, accommodation, and an allowance of USD 100 per day for each engineer.
d. Engineers will provide free training sessions for the laborers at the buyer’s factory.
3. **Quantity and Quality Guarantee**
a. In case of quality or quantity discrepancies upon arrival at the destination port, the customer should file a claim within 30 days of the goods arriving at the port. TRUEWARM will be responsible for any discrepancy caused by the shipping company or other transportation organizations.
b. A 12-month guarantee period starts from the date of the bill of lading. During this time, MAIPT will provide spare parts free of charge if the issue is due to our quality. If the malfunction is due to incorrect operation, MAIPT will provide the parts at cost price.
c. For long-term service, MAIPT will charge the buyer the cost price of spare parts after one year and continue to provide technical support.
