8mm Fully Automatic Copper Rod Making Machine
The copper rod continuous casting machine is specially designed for producing copper rods of various sizes.
In the production line, copper cathodes are first placed into the furnace via a lifting system for baking. The feeding speed is adjusted according to the casting speed, then the copper cathodes are fed into the melting furnace for melting (using argon to prevent oxidation). The molten copper flows into the transition section (again using argon to avoid oxygen), then into the holding furnace, and finally into the crystallizer where the copper rods are formed. The rods then pass through the casting device, output frame, separation shelf (to separate each rod), tension tower (to control the take-up speed), and finally into the take-up machine to complete the coiling process.
