This long reach boom is compatible with a wide range of excavator models and offers OEM services if required. Our advanced manufacturing processes are aligned with global standards, ensuring superior performance and reliability.
We can customize this long boom specifically for your ZX350 excavator, as we have all the necessary installation dimensions. The boom includes a lubricant pipe system, hydraulic system, one counterweight of 2.5 tons, one bucket with 0.6 cubic meter capacity, one bucket cylinder, one linkage, six pins, and four hoses.
The stick cylinder of the long boom uses your original part, but we can also provide a custom-made version if needed. Additionally, we can add extra pipelines to accommodate special applications upon request.
All welding is done manually using a protective gas mixture of 80% Argon and 20% CO2, which is considered the industry standard for high-quality welds. The main materials used are Q345B and Q690D, with the top and bottom cover plates made from Q690D. Pins are made from 42CrMo4, ensuring strength and durability.
For heavy-duty applications, some parts can be reinforced by using thicker plates or overlapping additional plates. Before welding, we use a large edge milling machine to prepare the edges, allowing for deeper weld penetration and stronger structural integrity.
After welding, we use a boring machine to adjust the precision of the main joints and structures, preventing any stress-related tolerances. The production time is approximately 15 days, and the warranty lasts for 6 months after installation.
We also provide a detailed parts list for easy maintenance and after-sales support. This ensures that you can quickly access replacement components when needed.
