Our long reach booms are compatible with a wide range of excavator models, including the Hitachi ZX350. OEM services are available to ensure seamless integration with your equipment.
We use advanced manufacturing techniques and state-of-the-art machinery to ensure precision and quality. Our welding process involves protective gas (80% Argon + 20% CO2), which is considered the industry standard for optimal performance and durability.
The main materials used are Q345B and Q690D, with the top and bottom cover plates made from Q690D for added strength. The pins are made from 42CrMo4 steel, ensuring robustness and longevity.
Each long reach boom includes a lubricant pipe system, hydraulic system, one counterweight of 2.5 tons, one bucket with 0.6 cubic meters capacity, a bucket cylinder, linkage, six pins, and four hoses. If needed, we can also provide an original stick cylinder or customize it according to your specifications.
For heavy-duty applications, certain parts can be reinforced using thicker plates or overlapping additional layers. Before welding, we use a large edge milling machine to prepare the edges, allowing for deeper weld penetration and improved structural integrity.
After welding, all critical joints and structures are machined using a boring machine to ensure precise alignment and reduce stress-induced tolerances. This ensures long-term reliability and performance.
The manufacturing time is approximately 15 days, and we offer a 6-month warranty after installation. We also provide a detailed parts list for easy maintenance and after-sales support.
