Xi'an Paper Machinery Factory has established a demonstration line of APMP pulping production line with cotton rod as raw material in Shaanxi Luhe Paper Factory. APMP pulping is alkaline hydrogen peroxide mechanical pulp, which is a high yield, high concentration, high cleanness pulping technology. The water consumption per ton of pulp is less than 20 tons, treated with anaerobic oxygen consumption, low pollution, low loss, Low water consumption and low energy consumption can protect the environment and make rational use of resources. APMP chemical mechanical pulp can be used to produce newsprint, adding about 40% of this pulp to the production of offset printing paper and coated paper pulp to reduce papermaking costs.
