Turbine fans operate using only wind power, rotating when wind blows outside. They are typically installed along or near the roof ridge. These fans feature angled slits on a capped cylinder, creating continuous blades that spin with the wind. As the turbine rotates, it pulls out hot air from the attic and replaces it with fresh outdoor air. Since they rely solely on wind, they stop turning when there’s no breeze.
