On April 26, 2011, the Shaanxi Auto Xinjiang Auto Project started construction in the Urumqi Economic and Technological Development Zone (Toutunhe District). Shaanxi Auto's Xinjiang Auto Project was jointly funded by six companies including Shaanxi Heavy Gas, Henan Juntong, Shaanxi Tongli, Xinjiang Yixin, Xinjiang Kashgar Shaoxun, and Xinjiang Economic Development Zone Jiantou Company. The project covers an area of ​​1,250 mu, and the total investment for construction is 1.35 billion yuan. The overall plan is to produce 50,000 heavy trucks each year (the products are mainly type II chassis, dump trucks, and LNG vehicles) and will be constructed in two phases.
The first phase of the project was completed by April 2012. The production scale is to produce 20,000 heavy trucks and 10,000 special vehicles annually; the contents of the production include cab welding, painting, assembly and special vehicle modification. Wait.
The second phase project was completed at the end of 2014. The factory consists of five functional divisions: administrative areas, heavy truck and special vehicle production areas, test runways and finished product parking areas, logistics and distribution areas, and planned reserved living facilities. After all the projects are completed, the annual output value will exceed 10 billion yuan.
