Sulfur dioxide is the main air pollutant in coal-fired power plants. Under the full participation of the environmental protection department, Qingdao Thermal Power Co., Ltd. conducted a multi-study inspection of China's current desulfurization technology market, and based on the existing conditions, developed the calcium carbide slag "using calcium carbide slag" (mainly composed of calcium carbonate) of Haijing Chemical Industry Group. ) For the desulfurization of the furnace after the wet flue gas desulfurization process, the use of this technology desulfurization efficiency of up to 92%, annual consumption of more than 10,000 tons of carbide slag.
It is reported that the calcium carbide slag desulphurization project of Qingdao Thermal Power will be carried out in two phases.
