According to the announcement of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology No. 27 in April this year, light diesel vehicles and heavy-duty diesel vehicles have been implementing the National IV emission standards since 2015. The three implementation standards are not only inconsistent in time, but also in the emission phase. Chaos 4: The image of the country is damaged. China's low-speed trucks are exported to neighboring countries such as India every year. Many of these countries are referring to the implementation of China's emission standards. The retrogression of policies will inevitably lead to the damage of China's international image. China’s commitment to the United Nations Framework Convention on Global Climate Change cannot be discussed.
Therefore, in Wei Anli's view, the fight against policy is certainly troublesome, and the retrogression of policy is the most terrible. "So, how about industrial upgrading and progress? What about controlling pollutant emissions?" he said.
Promoting energy conservation and emission reduction needs to grasp policy consistency.
